Connection to "nmrweb" blocked

 People within chemistry cannot connect to the nMR booking server, https://nmrweb.chem.utoronto.ca/ This is because of a configuration of the departmental squid proxy (grandial). 

 You may turn off the proxy on windows and firefox by following these instructions:

Open network (under classic view on Vista

After you've done this, change the Proxy setting in Firefox
