Bruker BACS problems (updated)

 After just under 12,000 samples, the Bruker sample changer (BACS) is having problems.

 Bruker will repair the BACS under warrantee. Until it is fixed, the spectrometer cannot be used.

(Updated) A Bruker service technician will visit tomorrow (Nov 18) to look at the BACS.
