Software on the Varian Mercury 200 reloaded

 After January 4th, VnmrJ on the mercury 200 was not starting up correctly. The software was re-installed and this is fixed.

All parameters and local macros were copied into the new version. Let us know if you find missing experiments. Printing as set up for both local colour printers.
