You are responsible for set-up and takedown of your poster during the prescribed times.
Set-up time 8:00-8:30AM
Take Down: 6:00-6:30PM

POSTER PRESENTATION GUIDELINES:

· TITLE IN ALL CAPITAL LETTERS (72 pt. font)
· Author and Affiliation (42 pt. font)
· Sections to be included:
- Abstract
- Introduction
- Materials & Methods
- Results & Discussions
- Conclusions

· Minimum font size for all text: 20 pt.
· Text and Graphics must be readable from 2 meters (6 feet)
· Use Bullets; Keep text to a minimum.
· Use simple backgrounds; do not distract from the message.
· Poster boards measure 4 feet (122cm) heigh, 5 feet (152 cm) width.
** Maximum size of poster: 4.5 feet (135 cm) wide, 3.5 feet (105 cm) height.
