TopicsThe application of spectroscopic methods available to graduate students and researchers (IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR , MS, UV) will be discussed. Practical aspects of each method will be emphasized. Students will learn how to operate IR, UV, NMR and MS instruments and will be required to run spectra for assigned organic molecules.
