Environmental Chemistry Minor

Environmental chemistry is the study of chemical impacts of humankind's activities on the soil, air and water.  This minor provides a balanced fundamental background in chemistry as well as an introduction to the major issues associated with environmental chemistry.

Four full courses or their equivalent; must include at least one full-course equivalent at the 300+ level

  1. CHM (135H/139H,136H/138H)/151Y
  2. One full course equivalent from CHM 217H, 225Y/220H/222H, 238Y, 247H/249H
  3. CHM 210H
  4. CHM 310H, and any two of CHM 317H, 410H, 415H
